Choosing the recruiting or staffing company to work with has always been a difficult decision for job seekers.
After all, recruiting and staffing firms have their good days and bad days, just like any other "people" Industry.
Some Job seekers have had bad experiences with previous recruiters and some have had the best experience of their lives and a great career as a result.
